Katie Salyer, PT, DPT
PASADENA OFFICE
Katie grew up in Orange County, CA and received her BS in Kinesiology from Cal State Fullerton. She then went on to get her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California in 2014. She has had experience in orthopeadic outpatient practices throughout Southern California as well as worked in St Joseph Hospital’s acute care in Orange. She received her vestibular training when she spent 4 months working in the Vestibular Department of the Naval Medical Center in San Diego treating patients with various balance and vestibular disorders. She also volunteers in a Dance for Parkinson’s class at Pasadena’s Lineage Dance and is LSVT®BIG Certified. Katie enjoys using her school, work, and dance experience to help patients of all ages improve their dizziness and balance issues.
Alana Reyes, PTA
VICTORVILLE OFFICE
Alana is a graduate of the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Loma Linda University, where she assisted in teaching the summer Anatomy program for the class of 2018.
Alana previously volunteered in the Cardiac Heart Failure clinic at the High Desert Heart Institute, as well as the Adapted Kinesiology Program at Orange Coast College where she worked with a wide range of students with disabilities. After her clinical experience in a community rehabilitation hospital and taking care of her grandmother, it became clear to Alana that her passion resided in treating the geriatric population and those with neurological disorders. She plans to further expand her knowledge and experience in vestibular and neurological rehabilitation in order to help others achieve their personal functional goals.
In her free time, Alana enjoys hiking, camping, watching football, spending time with her family, friends, and most importantly, her dog, Cooper.
Erin Saluta, PTA
PALM DESERT OFFICE
Erin is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and a graduate from The College of the Sequoias. With a strong background in In-Patient Rehab, she brings with her a profound sense of movement awareness after 15 years of working in Recreation, where she honed her skills for helping people achieve their functional goals.
She has a degree in English from Hollins University as well as a Master of Science from CSU, Sacramento in Recreation Administration.
She’s had such crazy positions as an English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher, a high ropes course facilitator and being the “Fun Boss” onboard two US Navy aircraft carriers. When Erin isn’t in the clinic, you can find her riding her bicycle around town in preparation for some crazy long bike ride she is sure to be doing. And if it’s too windy to be riding she is most likely reading a book.
Kelly Chilson, PT, DPT / CMPT

Kelly grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. She graduated from Loma Linda with a DPT in 2008. Kelly has worked in outpatient most of her career with a variety of patients, including post op, orthopedic, and vestibular. Recently she moved back to sunny So. Cal and is certified in manual physical therapy from NAIOMT. She enjoys going to dog friendly places, hiking, biking, and dancing.
Danielle Spidle, PTA

Danielle is a PTA, she graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology as well as a degree in PT Assistant from Cerritos. She has over 15 years in the orthopedic field and enjoys working with athletes of all ages. Her manual techniques and strength training combined have proven to be beneficial in achieving success. If one of the treatments is not helping she is not afraid to try another approach to help her patients feel better.
She is currently per-diem with Arroyo Physical Therapy so she can spend quality time with her children. After work, she assists with the cross country, volleyball and basketball teams at her children's schools. When she is not working out, she will be in the kitchen cooking up something new for her family.
Jim Rawson, CFST
PALM DESERT OFFICE
Jim was born and raised on the east coast, lived in the Midwest and has finally settled in the West Coast. He has been a resident of Palm Desert, California since 2012 where he found his passion of helping people reach their true health potential.
Although he has experience with all ages, he has found his passion for seniors and is driven by focusing and developing exercise programs for those who are 55+. Many of his clients are 85-90, and they have had great success with recognizable life changing benefits since starting their programs.
He is a Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist as well, which is a very therapeutic and functional stretching practice that is the new wave in body work.
